    GNIMT has an active Training and Placement (T&P) cell which has been established with an objective of providing employment opportunities to the students in reputed organizations and enhance their employability through their overall personality.

    Our Training & Placement Cell is equipped with proper infrastructure including Air-conditioned Seminar Hall for Pre Placement Talks/Presentations.

    A Conference Hall for Group Discussions & Final Interviews.


    Brief Profile of TPO


    Training and Placement cell is headed by training and placement officer Er. Shilpa Miglani (9914569180).

    She is an experienced Techno-Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Skilled in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Management, Leadership, Microsoft Excel, and Team Management.

    Strong professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused on MARKETING/HR from Guru Nanak Dev University.

    She has got a good industrial exposure by working with big brands like Dell India Pvt. Ltd., EMC2 Bangalore & Axis Bank.

    Guiding & Motivating the Young Brains in taking Right & Aware Decision in Choosing the Right Stream & Right Career Option for them.

    Grooming Graduate & Post-Graduate Students during their final & pre-final years in such a way making them industry-ready.

    Summer Training/Internship


    We endeavor to provide a vital link between the students and prospective employers

    Students are placed for practical training in various establishments according to their area of interest and specialization. Faculty members of respective departments conduct monitoring of training of students in different industries. Analysis of training is carried out on the basis of evaluation report received from the industries, matter content and presentation of the training report submitted by the students and viva-voce conducted by the expert committee, constituted, (discipline wise), for the purpose.

    Organizations are welcome to make a pre-placement talk or let us have the opportunity to visit your office for discussion. This provides an opportunity for organizations to showcase their corporate requirements and job profiles. Besides recruitment-related activities, companies are welcome to visit our facilities and meet faculty members for exploring new areas of collaborative research and consultancy projects. Companies are invited to conduct Campus recruitments on mutual convenience. If desired by the company, GNIMT can co-ordinate and provide necessary infrastructure and facilities for Joint Campus Placement in which the Company specified the Institutes are invited to participate.
