A seven days international trip to Bali was organized for undergraduate and post- graduate students by GURU NANAK INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT & TECHNOLOGY, GUJARKHAN CAMPUS, MODEL TOWN, LUDHIANA. Dr. Sandhya Mehta, Principal GNIMT accompanied a group of students along with training and placement officer, Er. Shilpa Miglani. And Dr. Harsimarjeet Khurana, computer faculty. They visited Lempuyang temple, referred to as Pura Lempuyang Luthur, one of Bali’s oldest and most highly regarded temples on the very first day of their visit. This temple lies at 1,175m above sea level, up on the peak of the namesake Mount Lempuyang. Taman Ujung ‘water palace’, located in the village of Seraya in Karangasem regency was also one of the beautiful spots visited on the first day of Bali. The beauty of Virgin Beach and Tanjung Benoa beach was also very enjoyable and relaxing with its amazing water sports and activities. Tanah Lot Temple, Bali's most photographed temple, was also one of the favorite destinations of Bali.
The students were also captivated by the fascinating culture of Bali, witness the art of handicrafts, admire the picturesque rice fields and stone carving village of Batubulan to see the colourful and exciting Barong and Kris Dance. A visit to the famous village of the wood carvers and exciting elephant caves was also organized. Nature's best views at Kintamani as well as spectacular views of Mount Batur with Ribbons of Black Lava running down from the peak down into the valley below were amazing. This tour also included a visit to beautiful rice terraces at Tegalalang. Industrial visits to UC Gold & Silver and Tiara De Cocoa Factory, UBUD Bali were also organized on this trip. This trip was organized by Dr. Rajni Sofat trip incharge GNIMT, Model Town, Ludhiana. Dr. Sandhya Mehta, Principal GNIMT remarked that it was a memorable trip with beautiful memories and awesome experiences. She encouraged the students to get international exposure by taking part in such trips.

They visited the corporate office & plant to understand the strategies UNIMIX is following to be the leading brand in Dubai.
Their team explained the students about the quality control processes, online tracking of their delivery trucks & mixtures, credit review & payment process along with various training programs.
Students also visited Burj Al Arab, Jumairah Beach, Dubai,UAE, Sheikh's Palace ART Gallery The Dubai Mall & had a great time.
