Guru Nanak Institute of Management and Technology (GNIMT), Model Town, Ludhiana organized an Annual Inter-College Technovision 2022, series of Competitions in online format. The college registered 400 participations in 8 different events from different colleges of this region. Team of GNDPC won the CS:GO Gaming competition, while teams of GGNKCB and GNIMT were the second and third runners-up respectively. Simarjit Singh of GNIMT and Vishal Kumar of Arya College shared the first rank in Test Sea followed by Bhawar Gujral of Arya College and Tisha of GCG. In Social Media Post Design, Ranveer Varaitch and Simranjeet Kaur of GNDPC stood first, Punit Mijral of SCDGCB and Virti Jain of GCG got second position, while Esha Verma and Kanav Singla got the third position. Bhawar Gujral and Vishal Kumar of Arya College were declared 1st position in Java Maestros, followed by Simarjit Singh of GNIMT and Simranjeet Kaur of GCG, Ranveer Varaitch and Abhishek Pandey of GNDPC for the runners-up. Debugging was won jointly by Karanveer singh and Mehakpreet Singh, closely followed by Simarjit Singh of GNIMT, Ridhamjeet Kaur of GNDPC and Bhawar Gujral of Arya College. In E-ppt Design, Harsheen Kaur of GNKCW and Navneet Kaur of GCG got first position, Swati Bhatti of GNKCW and Muskan of SDP College for Women were second and Shivam Sharma of Arya College and Divjot Singh of GNIMT got third position. Harjot Singh of GNDPC and Gurleen Kaur of GNIMT stood first in Logo Design, Harmeet Singh of GNIMT stood second while Bhavuk Sahni of GGNKCB and Rudhar Arora of GNDPC were declared third. While congratulating the winners Principal Dr. Sandhya Mehta acknowledged and appreciated the over-whelming participation, and extended her gratitude for making the event a remarkable success this year also. Dr. Anjali Garg, Head, Department of Computer Applications, said students of different colleges look forward to the announcement of Technovision every year as it gives them a competitive platform to test their skills and obtain insightful lessons from it. Every year, GNIMT conducts Technovision under the aegis of Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE).
